WASHINGTON, DC— McCabe Message Partners, a DC-based public relations agency focused on health and the issues that affect it, continues to expand by adding four account directors to its roster of seasoned professionals.
“The people our clients want to reach need clear and objective communications on health and policy,” said Patrick McCabe, president of McCabe Message Partners. “Adding more experts to our staff helps us continue providing informed, creative counsel to our roster of mostly nonprofit healthcare clients.”
McCabe’s new account directors are:
- Kathryn Beard, who joined the agency as a digital strategist. She previously worked for ACS CAN, the advocacy arm of the American Cancer Society.
- Karina Ngaiza, who joined the agency as director after a decade working in the nonprofit health sector. Most recently, she oversaw communications for the American Society of Hematology’s multifaceted Sickle Cell Disease Initiative.
- Tiffanie Thomas, who joined the agency as a media strategist. Most recently at Edelman, she brings deep experience leading media relations, thought leadership, and consumer engagement programs.
- Mike VanDenHeuvel, who joined the agency as director, having worked on issues including tobacco control and cancer screening and prevention. Most recently, he supported global initiatives for ACS CAN.
